一种皱纹盘鮑精优质精子诱导和采集方法  其特征在于：a.优质亲鲍的选择  B.亲鲍阴干刺激  选择自然海区人工养殖的性腺饱满并呈乳白、淡黄色雄性亲鲍或将由自然海区人工养殖的雄性亲鲍经暂养性腺饱满并呈乳白、淡黄色雄性亲鲍  将雄性亲鲍从暂养池中捞出  c.将上述阴干刺激后的雄性亲鲍置于经紫外线照射过并升温至20?21℃的海水中  腹面朝上避光阴干刺激1.5?2小时  于黑暗环境下刺激0.5?1小时  D.将上述收集的精子离心收集浑浊液  直至排精  即得皱纹盘鲍精子。
