1.一种制备生物柴油的方法  包括下列步骤：(1)鱼油的提取：将鱼加工下脚料蒸煮  (2)去除杂质：按溶液i体积的20～50％加磷酸水溶液于溶液i中  然后加入有机溶剂  得溶液ii  进行酸洗、水洗  搅拌、过滤得溶液i  再加入水  通过脱水得溶液iii  (3)转酯化反应：在溶液iii中加入催化剂与无水乙醇进行转酯化反应  得溶液iv  (4)生物柴油的分离提纯：将溶液iv静置分层  去除下层甘油后  对生成的混合脂肪酸乙酯层进行水洗得生物柴油。
