2)获卵和三倍体产生:利用四倍体与二倍体母本杂交生产100%的三倍体  权利要求书1.三倍体单体牡蛎规模化培育方法  其特征在于:1)亲贝培育:包括二倍体和四倍体亲贝的培育  3)幼体培育:受精卵孵出后  幼虫经18-20天即出现眼点和足  4)无附着变态:首先滤出健康的眼点幼虫  生长到眼点期幼虫  然后可利用肾上腺素处理、贝壳粉加下降流设备实现无附着变态  实现三倍体的单体培育  幼虫变态后  5)上升流培养:稚贝经过变态附着后进入上升流培养系统  生产长度达到0.25-0.35mm的稚贝  培养15±2天  6)下降流培养:培养8-12天  稚贝生长到1.95-2.05mm  稚贝生长到4-6mm  7)室外暂养:稚贝培养到5mm左右后  转移到室外暂养池  8)潮间带筏式养殖:养殖期8-10个月  在自然环境条件下培育27-33天  个体生长到7~8cm即可收获。  稚贝生长到1.3-1.7cm  后进行三倍体单体牡蛎养殖
