一种制备别藻蓝蛋白三聚体荧光蛋白的方法  其特征在于：首先将别藻蓝蛋白α亚基脱辅基蛋白基因与藻胆素生物合成酶基因ho1和pcya克隆到一个表达载体中  其次将别藻蓝蛋白β亚基脱辅基蛋白基因与色基裂合酶基因cpcs和cpcu克隆到另一个载体上  将两个表达载体同时转化大肠杆菌  筛选出同时表达上述基因的工程菌  即为别藻蓝蛋白三聚体荧光蛋白。
