一种查尔霉素化合物的制备方法  其特征在于:按如下步骤操作:1)固体培养:将海洋链霉菌m491接种于m2+固体培养基  其中链霉菌m491保存于中国微生物菌种保藏管理委员会普通微生物中心cgmcc  在28?30℃下培养直至长出青灰色的孢子  保藏编号为:cgmcc?no.2446  2)摇床培养:将上述培养的0.5?1.0cm2带有孢子丝的琼脂块接种到200?250ml豆粉液体培养基  在28?35℃温度以110?130rpm的转速下进行摇床培养4?5天后  3)萃取:将上述发酵液用有机溶剂浸提3?4次  待用  合并有机相浓缩得粗提物  4)纯化:将粗提物经硅胶柱层析  以1?3l二氯甲烷  组分4经浓硫酸/茴香醛显色待含棕黄色的条带  2?4l二氯甲烷/2%甲醇  再将组分4经硅胶柱层析以二氯甲烷/7%甲醇进行梯度洗脱  1?3l二氯甲烷/5%甲醇  待以展开剂为二氯甲烷/10%甲醇时rf=0.22?0.24处  1?3l二氯甲烷/10%甲醇梯度进行洗脱  分离得到式二化合物  流速为8?11ml/min  在rf=0.25?0.27分离得到式三化合物。  将所得组分3经浓硫酸/茴香醛显色待含棕黄色的条带  经葡聚糖层析后  在展开剂为二氯甲烷/10%甲醇时rf=0.50?0.52分离得到式一化合物
