一种适应于潟湖和半封闭海湾的刺参苗种繁育与中间培育设施  其特征在于：包括内层网衣(1)、外层防护网(2)、支撑杆(3)、风绳(8)及锚杆(5)  所述外层防护网(2)通过多根支撑杆(3)设置在内层网衣(1)的外围  其中内层网衣(1)通过多根支撑杆(3)设置在水中  固定外层防护网(2)的支撑杆(3)与固定内层网衣(1)的支撑杆(3)之间通过第二缆绳(7)相连  所述外层防护网(2)的外围设有多个锚杆(5)  底部与水底接合处被封堵  各锚杆(5)分别通过风绳(8)与固定外层防护网(2)的支撑杆(3)连接。
