1.一种三疣梭子蟹抗病品系的构建方法  其特征在于:以选育材料的线粒体控制区序列的信息作为分子标记  首先将基础群体行群体选育所得群体与家系选育的补充材料进行家系选育  根据分子标记得到遗传变异丰富的群体作为群体选育的基础群体  而后将家系选育所得抗病性状稳定的群体之间进行家系间杂交组合  同时得到以遗传上相互独立的群体作为家系选育的补充材料  所得抗病性状稳定的家系即为抗病品系  其中每一步骤选育材料均为经感染源浸泡感染后半致死浓度存活的个体。
