1.一种从新鲜海带中提取含碘氨基酸的方法  合并滤液浓缩物加入0.015-0.025mol/lhcl溶解  其特征在于：取新鲜干净的海带  滤渣加入5-7mol/lhcl提取、抽滤  采用重量浓度75-85％的乙醇溶液浸提、抽滤  滤液减压浓缩至干  滤液减压浓缩至干  溶解液过pvpp柱  用蒸馏水洗脱后  上732阳离子交换树脂柱  减压浓缩获得含碘氨基酸产品。  调节ph为1.5-3  用1.5-3mol/l的氨水洗脱  上活性炭柱  调节ph为1.5-3  用1.5-3mol/l氨水洗脱

1、一种不同种类对虾三倍体的制备方法  其特征在于对冷水性虾类利用热休克诱导第一极体三倍体  2)热休克法：在对虾产卵后8-12min  具体步骤如下：1)收集受精卵：控制对虾雌体的产卵温度在15-16℃  将含有受精卵的海水水温利用合适温度的海水快速调至30-31℃  待虾产卵完毕后  在此温度下处理8-10分钟  将亲虾捞出  获得对虾第一极体三倍体。  将对虾产卵的容器静置  使对虾卵自然下沉  之后将多余的水抽出  获得受精卵
