一种不同乙酰度的n?乙酰化壳六糖的分离纯化方法  其特征在于：将全脱乙酰化壳六糖进行乙酰化后得到n?乙酰化壳六糖混合物  所得n?乙酰化壳六糖混合物溶解后用离子交换色谱柱以含0?2m浓度的nacl的缓冲溶液  在ph3?6  2?5mlmin?1流速下进行分离纯化  以糖含量收集含有寡糖的不同组分的洗脱液  将不同组分的洗脱液分别经活性碳萃取脱盐后浓缩  即得到n?乙酰化壳六糖、n  n’?二乙酰化壳六糖、n  N’  n”?三乙酰化壳六糖、n  N’  N”  n”’?四乙酰化壳六糖、n  N’  N”  N”’  n””?五乙酰化壳六糖、n  N’  N”  N”’  N””  n””’?六乙酰化壳六糖。
