1.一种定量海水中石莼属海藻显微阶段总个体数的方法  其特征在于:1)预处理  2)培养条件  样品海水用100目的纱绢网过滤  将加入f/2营养盐的海水在温度为15-20℃、光强为50-100μmol Photons M-2s-1、光周期为12h白天:12h黑夜条件下充气(空气)培养  3)统计  1l过滤后的海水样品中加入500μl饱和二氧化锗水溶液  培养7天后更换1l新鲜的f/2培养液  经培养后即可以确定每升海水中石莼属海藻总的个体数量。  而后加入f/2营养盐(母液a和b各1ml)充气培养  以后每5天换一次培养液  培养3-4周  待用
