一种可密封的恒压式微藻培养装置  其特征在于：包括瓶体（1)、活塞（8)、可伸缩式气囊（9）及蠕动泵（10）  所述活塞（8）上分别插设有带有阀门的第一管道（13）及第二管道（14）  其中瓶体（1）内的下方装有培养液（2)、上方为上层气体（15）  该第一管道（13）的一端与所述培养液（2）相通  所述活塞（8）位于瓶体（1）的顶部  第二管道（14）的一端与所述上层气体（15）相通  在瓶体（1）上分别设有对应培养液（2）和上层气体（15）的培养液取样口（3）及上层气体取样口（4）  所述第二管道（14）的另一端依次通过可伸缩式气囊（9)、蠕动泵（10）与第一管道（13）的另一端及通气口（6）相连通。
