培养温度为12-18℃  权利要求书1.用配子体克隆法繁育能源海藻——巨藻孢子体的方法  其特征在于：将雌雄配子体按鲜重比1∶1的比例放入带有棕帘或尼龙帘的容器中  使其附着  光照强度1500-3000lux  静止培养  光时为12∶12的循环光照  配子体繁育成孢子体  培养液组成为：天然海水经过滤煮沸消毒  加入营养盐  使其中的n为3-8mg/l  P为0.3-0.8mg/l  fe3+为0.5μg/l  Ph值为7.5-8。
