一种用于海工混凝土涂料的聚醚改性环氧树脂的制备方法  其特征在于  具体制备工艺分三步实施:①将催化剂、阻聚剂和丙烯酸混合液加入环氧树脂中  该方法首先将环氧树脂和丙烯酸发生开环反应制得环氧丙烯酸树脂  开环反应生成环氧丙烯酸树脂  其中  然后  丙烯酸与环氧树脂反应的用量分别按照丙烯酸和环氧基的物质的量  ②在氮气保护下  将二异氰酸酯和聚醚发生加成反应制得端异氰酸酯预聚体  记为1摩尔环氧基和1~1.2摩尔丙烯酸反应  将二异氰酸酯和聚醚进行加成反应  其中  最后  得到端异氰酸酯预聚体  聚醚的用量和二异氰酸酯的用量分别按其所含羟基物质的量和异氰酸酯基物质的量  ③将所述端异氰酸酯预聚体和环氧丙烯酸树脂按比例均匀混合后  将端异氰酸酯预聚体和环氧丙烯酸树脂发生交联反应  记为1摩尔羟基用1.1~2.0摩尔异氰酸酯基  加入交联剂和扩链剂  形成了一种互穿型网络聚合物  反应生成互穿型网络聚合物  即聚醚改性环氧树脂  即聚醚改性环氧树脂。
