1、一种不同种类对虾三倍体的制备方法  其特征在于对冷水性虾类利用热休克诱导第一极体三倍体  2)热休克法:在对虾产卵后8-12min  具体步骤如下:1)收集受精卵:控制对虾雌体的产卵温度在15-16℃  将含有受精卵的海水水温利用合适温度的海水快速调至30-31℃  待虾产卵完毕后  在此温度下处理8-10分钟  将亲虾捞出  获得对虾第一极体三倍体。  将对虾产卵的容器静置  使对虾卵自然下沉  之后将多余的水抽出  获得受精卵
