一种采用超顺磁性纳米颗粒分离组氨酸标签蛋白质的方法  其特征在于:将锌离子修饰的超顺磁性纳米颗粒投加于待分离溶液中  并于磁力作用下  锌离子修饰的纳米颗粒中锌离子螯合待分离溶液中组氨酸标签蛋白  即可吸附分离出待分离溶液中的组氨酸标签蛋白质。

用质量分数为50?60%的硫酸铵沉淀粗提液得到蛋白质粗提物  一种藻蓝蛋白提取物  其特征为:将螺旋藻粉在?20℃~4℃下通过反复冻融法破碎螺旋藻细胞壁得到粗提物  而后采用双水相萃取纯化蛋白质粗提物  并用超渗除盐  即得藻蓝蛋白提取物溶液。
