一种采用超顺磁性纳米颗粒分离组氨酸标签蛋白质的方法
其特征在于:将锌离子修饰的超顺磁性纳米颗粒投加于待分离溶液中
并于磁力作用下
锌离子修饰的纳米颗粒中锌离子螯合待分离溶液中组氨酸标签蛋白
即可吸附分离出待分离溶液中的组氨酸标签蛋白质。
