一种从泡叶藻中提取制备低分子岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的方法  其特征在于:1)将泡叶藻原料于40‑60℃下浸泡提取在泡叶藻原料干藻重量6‑10倍的稀盐酸溶液中1.3‑4.8h  酸浸泡后的泡叶藻固体继续加入其体积3‑6倍的水溶液  稀酸浸泡液待用  搅拌浸泡4‑7h  2)将上层漂浮物调节至ph5.5‑6.5  保留上层漂浮物  收集水浸泡液  在经过滤或高速离心  将上述依次经稀酸和水浸泡后固态藻体采用纳米高压均质机进行细胞破碎  将稀酸浸泡和水浸泡液合并待用  收集过滤液a  破碎后进行离心分离收集上清液b  3)将上述合并液、过滤液a和上清液b混合均匀后进行超滤去除盐分  而后超滤浓缩至原料重量的1/2体积(v/w)  4)将上述岩藻聚糖硫酸酯粗干品加入其3‑5倍重量的蒸馏水中进行溶解  浓缩液进行醇沉淀  溶解后通过装有deae‑sepharose f.f.的阴离子交换树脂柱进行洗脱  沉淀物干燥  收集洗脱液透析后于55‑65℃低温浓缩并冷冻干燥获得  即为岩藻聚糖硫酸酯粗干品  即得到原藻重量1.5‑2.3%的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯。
