一种制备超高脱乙酰度壳聚糖的方法  其特征在于:以脱乙酰度60%‑85%的壳聚糖为原料  在低碱浓度条件下  高温高压反应  反应结束后用去离子水将产物洗为中性  抽滤后烘干即得到脱乙酰度可达95%以上的壳聚糖。

权利要求书1、一种大黄鱼精子遗传物质完全灭活的方法  包括:精液保存、精液稀释、精子遗传物质失活  ②精液稀释:采用预冷的稀释液稀释所述大黄鱼成熟精液  其特征在于:①精液保存:将人工挤出的未激活的大黄鱼成熟精液避光保存于2~4℃低温条件下备用  稀释倍数为20~100倍  其中:按重量体积百分比计所述预冷的稀释液成份为nacl 0.60~0.80%  稀释液预冷到0~5℃  然后将稀释后的大黄鱼成熟精液放入已预冷到0~5℃的培养皿中  Kcl 0.03~0.05%  Ph  其培养皿中稀释后的大黄鱼成熟精液液体厚度为0.1~0.3cm  Cacl2  7.0~7.3  其中:紫外光源的照射剂量为1800~6000erg/mm2。  0.01~0.03%  ③精子遗传物质失活:紫外光源预热5~10min后  葡萄糖0.05~0.10%  将带有稀释后的大黄鱼成熟精液的培养皿置于紫外光源下  照射1.5~5min  使得大黄鱼遗传物质失活
