一种利用孤雌生殖进行裙带菜种苗培育的方法
其特征在于:1)将雌性配子体进行诱导培养至幼孢子体达到1mm以上转入充气培养条件下
2)将上述孤雌生殖成熟的孢子体的孢子叶置于海水中释放得到游孢子
4)将雄配子体与附着在苗帘上的雌配子在50?80μmol?photonsm?2s?1光强下完成发育和受精过程
完成孤雌生殖孢子体的生活史
待释放得到游孢子的海水颜色为黄褐色后
3)上述附着游孢子的苗帘在光强50?80μmol?photons?m?2s?1
形成孤雌生殖成熟的孢子体
将游孢子附着在苗帘上
水温18-22℃
待幼孢子体达到200?500μm左右
而后将苗帘放入新鲜海水中
光周期12h白天:12h黑夜条件下培养13?15d
转到海上栽培
待萌发的游孢子全部发育成雌配子体并充分生长后
即实现裙带菜的培育。
降低光强至2?10μmol?photons?m?2s?1
延缓配子体的发育使其度过高水温的夏季

一种铜藻全人工苗种培育方法
其特征在于:1)卵子和精子同步排放:将选取的铜藻的雌雄亲本在2500-10000勒克斯的光照强度、10-16℃温度下培养10-20天和添加营养盐的条件
实现铜藻雌雄亲本同步性发育和成熟
Kh2po4:0.1-1ppm。2)苗种培养:在受精后10-24小时内
使卵子和精子同步排放
完成受精卵的采集和布苗
进行受精
待布苗后静止培养2-4天
在4000-8000勒克斯的光照下
并且24小时内更换一次水
保持流水
完成培育。
