1.一种海藻多糖植物空心胶囊生产过程中温度控制的方法  其特征在于:囊材中各种原料的溶解温度的控制70-90℃  其所采用的海藻多糖植物空心胶囊的囊材配方组成为  助凝剂为柠檬酸钙  按重量比计  选用7-15kg成膜剂时  溶液平衡反应时间在2-4小时之间  水为100份时  它们用量为2-10ml  反应温度在70-80℃  成膜剂纤维素羟丙基甲基醚为7-15份  重量浓度为0.5-1.2%  蘸胶成膜温度45-55℃  助膜剂海藻多糖为1-5份  蘸胶时间控制在3-7秒  成膜车间湿度的控制30%-45%  胶盘温度控制在32-37℃。  热可逆性胶体水解淀粉为1-10份  成膜车间温度30-36℃  烘道温度控制30-40℃  烘道湿度控制30-45%
