一种制备超高脱乙酰度壳聚糖的方法
其特征在于:以脱乙酰度60%‑85%的壳聚糖为原料
在低碱浓度条件下
高温高压反应
反应结束后用去离子水将产物洗为中性
抽滤后烘干即得到脱乙酰度可达95%以上的壳聚糖。
