文蛤微卫星标记的检测方法  其特征在于:首先利用文蛤est序列获取微卫星标记的微卫星核心序列  所述特异性引物为正链:5’?tcccaggaacgattgttagg?3’  并在其序列两端设计特异性引物并进行pcr扩增  负链:5’?agcattcacgacaccaacat?3’。  对pcr产物进行非变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳检测  从而检测文蛤个体的基因型  及在此微卫星位点的遗传变异  获得文蛤该位点的遗传多态性图谱
