一种在贝类幼虫中定量检测甲状腺激素的方法  其特征在于:该方法包括如下步骤:1)将幼虫样品用液氮研磨法研磨成粉末状  2)研磨后进行低温干燥  分成ab两部分分别用于以下步骤  3)将a部分样品准确称量干重后  按固定比例加入0.01mol/l?naoh溶液  4)8000?12000rpm离心5?10min  2?8℃下充分浸润1h以上提取甲状腺激素  取上清  5)取步骤4)中的上清  用于定量检测甲状腺激素的含量  即总甲状腺素t4和总3  7)将步骤6)中裂解细胞释放蛋白用于检测样品中总蛋白含量  5  6)将b部分样品准确称量干重后加入细胞裂解液和pmsf室温放置1h以上  3′?三碘甲腺原氨酸t3  裂解细胞释放蛋白  8)将数据整合  计算出幼虫中每克蛋白含甲状腺激素x克  即xg/gprotein。
