一种从泡叶藻中提取制备低分子岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的方法 专利

一种从泡叶藻中提取制备低分子岩藻聚糖硫酸酯的方法  其特征在于:1)将泡叶藻原料于40‑60℃下浸泡提取在泡叶藻原料干藻重量6‑10倍的稀盐酸溶液中1.3‑4.8h  酸浸泡后的泡叶藻固体继续加入其体积3‑6倍的水溶液  稀酸浸泡液待用  搅拌浸泡4‑7h  2)将上层漂浮物调节至ph5.5‑6.5  保留上层漂浮物  收集水浸泡液  在经过滤或高速离心  将上述依次经稀酸和水浸泡后固态藻体采用纳米高压均质机进行细胞破碎  将稀酸浸泡和水浸泡液合并待用  收集过滤液a  破碎后进行离心分离收集上清液b  3)将上述合并液、过滤液a和上清液b混合均匀后进行超滤去除盐分  而后超滤浓缩至原料重量的1/2体积(v/w)  4)将上述岩藻聚糖硫酸酯粗干品加入其3‑5倍重量的蒸馏水中进行溶解  浓缩液进行醇沉淀  溶解后通过装有deae‑sepharose f.f.的阴离子交换树脂柱进行洗脱  沉淀物干燥  收集洗脱液透析后于55‑65℃低温浓缩并冷冻干燥获得  即为岩藻聚糖硫酸酯粗干品  即得到原藻重量1.5‑2.3%的岩藻聚糖硫酸酯。

一种节能型海洋次表层垂直剖面测量系统  其特征在于:包括剖面测量平台(1)、潜标式主浮体(2)及锚泊回收系统(3)  所述大滚筒(212)、小滚筒(219)转向相反  其中锚泊回收系统(3)包括引导缆(301)、锚泊缆(302)、释放器(305)及重块(307)  分别收放引导缆(301)和锚泊缆(302)  所述剖面测量平台(1)上分别安装有采集密封舱(106)及传感器(105)  所述潜标式主浮体(2)内设有为潜标式主浮体(2)提供正浮力的浮力浮球(202)及节能传动装置(206)  大滚筒(212)与小滚筒(219)所受引导缆(301)和锚泊缆(302)拉力的力矩相平衡  该传感器(105)在剖面测量平台(1)随引导缆(301)升降的过程中对采集密封舱(106)内采集到的海洋要素进行测量。  该节能传动装置(206)包括主动的大滚筒(212)及从动的小滚筒(219)  所述剖面测量平台(1)通过引导缆(301)与大滚筒(212)相连  锚泊缆(302)的一端缠绕在小滚筒(219)上  另一端通过释放器(305)与重块(307)连接
