其中引物vp28f（ncoi）与vp28r（nhei）为：vp28f（ncoi）：ctcgccatggatctttctttcactcttt  一种预防对虾白斑病的饲料添加剂  Vp28r（nhei）：gattgctagcatgtttcccgttcaa。  其特征在于：以感染白斑病的凡纳滨对虾肝胰腺组织dna为模板  采用引物vp28f（ncoi）与vp28r（nhei）进行pcr扩增  seq?id?no.1所示的扩增产物经修饰后转入水稻中  携带扩增产物的转基因再生苗种植后的米糠  即为预防对虾白斑病的饲料添加剂
