Abstract | 文蛤(Meretrix petechialis)和菲律宾蛤仔(Ruditapes philippinarum)是我国重要的海产经济养殖蛤类。庞大的市场需求使得蛤类养殖业对苗种的需求不断增加,然而近年来蛤类在幼体培育期时常发生爆发性死亡事件,导致苗种数量供应不稳定,这制约了蛤类养殖业发展的同时也给育苗企业带来巨大的经济损失。本研究通过对文蛤、菲律宾蛤仔不同发育时期、不同健康状态下幼体微生物菌落特征比较分析,发现导致蛤类幼体大量死亡的潜在致病菌。进一步对致病菌进行分离纯化,从人工攻毒实验、侵染定殖幼体过程可视化、致病菌胞外产物(extracellular products,ECP)活性分析及益生菌应用等方面初步探讨了弧菌对幼体的致病机制和病害防控策略。主要结果如下: |
