AbstractThis work discusses the sterilization properties and electrochemical behavior of carbon fber-modifed coatings under high-voltage pulsed electric felds. The sterilization rate of the coating modifed with carbon fiber is as high as 99.265%. The anticorrosion behavior of the coatings was studied in seawater by electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and the dielectric loss of the coatings was evaluated using a broadband dielectric spectrometer. Scanning electron microscopy was used to assess the surface morphology of the samples.
